16 April 2024 Urgent Reminder: Onboarding on the NSFAS Portal for Accommodation Allowance
This is a reminder that all students who have not yet onboarded onto the NSFAS portal for their accommodation allowance are strongly advised to do so on or before the 17th of April 2024.
It is crucial for all outstanding students to complete the onboarding process without any delays. This ensures that your accommodation allowance can be paid into the residence where you are staying.
You need to prioritize this task to avoid any disruptions to your accommodation arrangements. Basic services such as wi-fi, laundry and security etc will be either placed on hold or cut back if the service provider (Luhambo) does not receive all outstanding accommodation payments from NSFAS very soon.
Effective immediately, students who have not completed the onboarding process will be denied access to the premises from the 18th of April 2024, Furthermore, failure to fulfil this requirement poses the risk of termination of your lease agreement due to non-payment.
